LET? FORE? ...Really? We thought you had that. But in the off chance you missed the first serve and your purchase isn’t a winner, don’t sweat it. We’re here to give you a second shot. And we will do whatever we can to make sure it’s a winner!
Returns / Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item for another color, style or size, please contact us at thegirls@tennisshopgirls.com.
As you know we make a very limited selection of prints and patterns to keep you looking fabulous on the courts. Items for exchanges and returns should be sent back unworn, unwashed and with the tags still attached. We will ship the return/exchange to you at our expense.
- All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags still attached.
- Sadly, we don’t refund shipping charges.
We are not responsible for any damages that occur during its life with you -- such as washing, wearing or dry cleaning.
All clearance items are final sale.
Damaged Items
Oh darn, say it ain’t so! Please know that while we strive to be perfect, we aren’t. If you ever receive an item that is defective, damaged or heaven forbid--the wrong one, all you need to do is notify us within 5 days of receiving the merchandise at thegirls@tennisshopgirls.com. We will follow up with a pretty USPS label to return the merchandise and get you what you need. We will try our best to make things right. A replacement will be sent upon receipt of the returned item provided the merchandise has not been worn, washed, and all tags are still attached.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments from the USPS.
