Fill out the intake form below with your group name, approximate size count, timeline, and any design ideas. Takes about five minutes.

We review and reach out.
You'll hear back with initial questions, design direction, and a realistic timeline.
Step 3
Design proof.
We send a visual proof of your custom skirt for review. You can start from an existing Tina + Jenna design, adjust colors, add your team name or logo, or request something new.
Step 4
Quote and approval.
Once the design is locked, you receive a final quote based on quantity, styles, and any custom design work. No hidden fees.
Step 5
Invoice and production.
Payment is handled through a simple Shopify invoice — no third-party portals, no apps to download. Production runs 6–8 weeks from your approved proof.
Step 6
Delivery — and easier reorders.
Skirts ship directly to you or your team. After your first order, your approved design can be made available through a private reorder link, making future reorders easier without starting from scratch.
You Don't Need to Start from Zero
Most teams start with an existing Tina + Jenna design and customize from there — adjusting colors, adding a team name or logo, or choosing a different print combination. If you have something completely new in mind, we can work with that too.
We'll guide you through what's possible during the proof stage so there are no surprises about what the final product will look like.
Sizing Support
Getting sizes right for a group is one of the biggest headaches of a team order. We make it easier.
After your initial inquiry, we can send sample skirts to one team representative so your group can try on and confirm their sizes before the order is finalized. Your size breakdown doesn't need to be locked in when you first reach out — we'll finalize it together before production begins.

Our full size range is available for team orders. You don't need to finalize your size breakdown when you submit the intake form — we handle that after the initial conversation.
Can we try on samples before ordering?
When needed, we can send sample skirts to one team representative so your group can confirm sizing before production.
How does payment work?
You'll receive a Shopify invoice after your proof and quote are approved. No third-party platforms. No deposits required upfront at inquiry.
How does shipping work?
Skirts can ship to one delivery address for group distribution. If individual shipping is needed, we'll confirm the best option during the order process.
